ZBT is an incredible experience, especially for a Founding Father.  It's work hard, play hard.  But that's what makes it so great.  Creating your own brotherhood, developing a set of common goals, and working to achieve them.  And developing each brother into his full potential -- leadership, scholarship and service for the 21st century.
